TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.

General Agreement
- I have the right not to take your commission in any case.
- You can request the exact properties of the file, such as canvas size, file extension, resolution/dpi, and color system. Anyway, if it's larger than 3000x3000 pixel, the price will be increased 20% from the total price because I have to check on details more than usual.
- Work process may take time from days to months, depends on my personal business and difficulty of commission details. You can occasionally ask me about progress of work, but please DO NOT try to urge or speed me up if we haven't agreed on the deadline beforehand.
- During the process, I have the right to upload any other artwork, sell adoptables, and take an additional small queue of commission without notifying you first. I have to inform you this condition in advanced in case that you may not feel so good with me producing other artworks during your queue, and want me to finish up the process all at once, which I couldn't.

Copyright and Usage Policies
- I, the artist, retain all the right to my work, not the commissioner. Therefore, I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: upload, post, distribute, reproduce, copy, use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion, and/or whatever that is not for commercial use without notifying you first. I also retain the right to record the process of commission to be posted on any website.
- If the commissioner doesn’t want me to upload/post the art, it must be agreed in advance that this commission is for private use, which means the artwork will be kept as a secret and not to be published elsewhere.
- I retain the right to reuse any sketch and/or element which the commissioner refuse in other works of mine.
- The commissioner is allowed to: use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise, print the art, claim the right of their character(s) but not the artwork itself, use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist, and/or any action that is purposed for financial gain or making money.
- The commissioner is NOT allowed to edit the artwork, such as add or erase line-art, edit color or shading, and/or redraw, without my permission.
- The commissioner is allowed to retouch the art, such as resize, crop the picture, adjust the properties, and/or change mood and tone of the picture.
- In case that the commissioner get a commercial use, you’re allowed to reproduce, distribute, and use the copyrighted artwork commercially, which means you can make money of it in any way. You can also alter and edit the artwork without my, the artist’s, consent.
- If the commissioned art is a fanart of anime, games, and/or otherwise characters created by other entities, their commercial usage of fanart restrictions are still applied. So please check before ordering.
- If you’re not sure that your action will be allowed or not, you can always ask me first.
- If you break the copyright and my usage policies written above in any way, every right you had to the artwork will be retracted and may result in a permanent blacklist.
- Damages from the commissioned artwork by third-party clients (not the artist and the commissioner) are not within my control. Please commission and use in your own best interests.
